This Winchester Mod. 70 was stocked in a fine piece of English walnut and checkered 24 lines per inch with ribbons in a fleur-de-lis pattern. The grip is fitted with a skeleton grip cap and checkered 30 lines per inch. The steel butt plate is engraved and the stock is finished off in a hand rubbed oil finish.
